Constitutional Court decided for the annulment of provisional article 70 of the Higher Education Law numbered 2545, which was included in the law with the controversial “Full Time” bag law numbered 6569.

Provisional article 70 was brought before the Constitutional Court by local courts in cases filed by physicians on grounds that prohibiting physicians, dentists and specialist instructors who run their private practice or work in private health institutions outside official working hours from receiving university and additional payments is unconstitutional.

In this scope, physicians who benefited from transitional provisions of the Bag Bill are now able to receive payment from revolving funds of their institutions once again.
